At RareStore, we ensure every product is carefully inspected before shipping.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects or damages.
1. Defective or Damaged Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
- In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the product price.
- Proof required: Customers must provide a 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening, clearly capturing the damage or defect.
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. No General Returns
- Products cannot be returned for size, color, change of mind, or any reason other than damage or defect.
- Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Refund/Exchange Process
- Once your damage claim is approved, we will arrange for an exchange shipment or process your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping for defective products will be covered by RareStore.

Shipping policy
It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over GUJRAT within. For orders under 2000, we charge 0 for local delivery.

In-store pickup

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
